Online resources to assist with your studies

Here at Griffith, we want to give every student the absolute best opportunity to excel and succeed in everything they do. This is exactly why we introduced our online self-help resources just for you.

These resources are free (our fave word) services readily available for students who want to make their work the best it can possibly be.

Study Smart

Head over to the studysmart webpage for more!

Academic Integrity Tutorial

Academic misconduct can occur when students feel like they are under pressure, or don’t have enough time to complete work with integrity. We want to help prevent this! The academic integrity webpage includes info on how to enrol in an Academic Integrity Tutorial available on Learning@Griffith. Make sure to check it out.

Academic Skills Workbook

A workbook which has been created to help you develop and apply your academic, information and digital literacies. The Academic Skills Workbook is comprised of several interactive worksheets designed to develop your academic, information and digital literacies. The Academic Skills Workbook webpage provides detailed tutorials on how to correctly use the Academic Skills Workbook.

A free online tutoring service available to all Griffith students seeking advice on improving their writing skills. You can:

  • submit your writing for detailed review
  • request an appointment with a tutor, or
  • submit questions online.

It takes up to 24 hours for a tutor to respond, so make sure that you don’t leave it until the due date! Don’t forget, the tutors won’t edit, proofread and entirely restructure your assignment for you. After all, that’s what uni is all about! But they are absolutely there to help you through the process and provide suggestions wherever necessary. Read all about it on the smarthinking webpage.

Just remember, you’re never alone. We got you!
