Do you want to improve your networking, employment-seeking skills and increase the visibility and impact of your research?
Of course, you do. And if you are a post-confirmation Higher Degree Research (HDR) candidate, we have just the event for you.
Griffith University invites you to the inaugural Griffith HDR Conference 2016. The theme for this year’s conference is Visibility: How to stand out from the crowd.
Held in late November, the conference focusses on HDR careers and pathways and aims to inform candidates on how to stand out from the crowd through a range of presentations, workshops and discussions.
The conference is fully catered with morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch to be provided as part of the event as well as networking drinks to be hosted after the wrap up of the official proceedings.
Limited free buses will be provided for HDR delegates travelling between campuses. For more information on booking a seat on the bus and getting to the conference, please visit the HDR Conference Transport webpage.
The Griffith HDR Conference 2016 is brought to you by Griffith Graduate Research School in conjunction with the Griffith Social and Behavioural Research College, the Griffith University Postgraduate Student Association, the Gold Coast Association of Postgraduates and the Griffith University Careers and Employment Service.
