1000 Paper Cranes to raise awareness for Childhood Cancer


Southbank and Mt Gravatt libraries have a table set up to make paper cranes to bring awareness to September as Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.

They will have instructions at the tables, origami papers and you can make as many as you like!

The Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital in Brisbane is asking if the community can come together to help make 1000 origami paper cranes as part of the old Japanese tradition of bringing good luck.
