Learning@Griffith access & performance issues


Since Wednesday evening (22nd July) some users of Learning@Griffith may have experienced reduced system performance or access issues at various times, due to the vendor’s (Blackboard) data centre in Sydney being subjected to malicious attacks designed to bring down the system.

Further interruptions will occur on Saturday 25th July between 1am and 5am EST as work is undertaken to reduce the risk of further issues occurring next week, start of Semester 2.

Information Services apologises for any inconvenience this has caused and is working with the vendor to ensure that full service performance and capacity is restored and maintained.
