A little preparation before you start study repays itself many times over and makes your University experience easier. We offer free orientation workshops to help you get started with your studies at Griffith.
You can attend the Introduction to Griffith’s Online Environment workshop which helps you become familiar with Griffith’s intranet and internet environments including accessing the Griffith Portal, Learning@Griffith, using your Griffith email account and more.
In the Basic computing survival skills workshop, you can brush up on computing skills and learn how a computer works, understand computing terminology, explore the Microsoft Windows environment and get tips to increase efficiency.
If you have any computing related questions take advantage of our Drop-in Sessions (Tuesday 2-4 pm at Nathan and Thursday 10-12 noon at Gold Coast) . No bookings required. Just turn up! You can stay for as little as 5 minutes or the whole session.
