Thank you to everyone who completed the 2011 Library Client Satisfaction Survey. We received a total of 2,987 responses (7% return) with 1,478 respondents providing additional comments.
The bi-annual survey allows us to evaluate satisfaction with our equipment, facilities, collections and services with your feedback enabling us to identify areas for improvement.
