Updates to library homepagePosted: July 16, 2009
We are making some updates to the library website, to improve performance and usability at 9am, 17th July. This is being done by
1. Simplifying the homepage search box by removing the “articles” tab. This will make it easier for new users to locate resources on the library homepage. This change is based on your feedback during semester 1, 2009. See the image below for more details.
2. Articles search is now available from the “Library Resources” page. You will have options to broaden or narrow down your search, so you get a better set of results. You can still do a general search across 12 databases or narrow your search to just the Arts or Education or Health or Science or Business or Law collections.
3. Adding option to search “multiple databases” from the database tab for those more advanced users.
These tweaks are based on your feedback and we hope they improve your user experience with searching the library.
