Recharge your laptops in the library

Vlockers

A new service at Gold Coast and Nathan, powered lockers for student to re-charge their laptops in a secure location.  These lockers are located in the Collaboration Zones at Nathan and the Gold Coast.

They are free to use by swiping your ID card and are available for use for 3 hours.

Each locker has 2 power points so that they can be used to recharge laptops and other electrical equipment such as mobiles.

Thanks for the feedback, Tammy. We’ll investigate a locker option at Logan, in the meantime I hope the extra power we’ve installed in the library is useful for recharging.

It would be great it Griffith invested in some solar panels to provide the power for recharging facilities.

Dan, no immediate plans for recharging lockers at QGU yet. We are however planning a makeover in the near future and will include this suggestion. Let us know of any other ideas you have.
