G11 construction compound established, February 2
Posted: February 2, 2012 Filed under: Library construction news Leave a comment »Watpac have now established the G11 construction site compound off Science Road. The compound will be in place for the duration of the project and is ‘owned’ and managed by our colleagues in construction.
Please be aware that stair 5 and stair 6 are no longer a safe option for entry/exit to G10. These fire stairs now exit directly into the construction compound so are unsafe for general use. The doors will provide emergency egress for staff and clients only.
Signage will be posted today to the emergency egress only exits.
Staff have full access to G10 via the loading bay or the main entrance. There is also a staff only entry/exit (CARDAX controlled) from The Lab, G10 2.04.
